I was new to Halifax and I was very afraid of the people around here! But everyone was really friendly and I felt as though I had been part of the team for years.

The best part of working at Sobeys is that I am a part of an organization that gives back to the community.

There have been so many but one of my proudest was when I took a job filling in at head office. I proved myself and was offered a full-time position.

It takes hard work and patience but strive to be your best every day.
