The best part is having the opportunity to work with great people; it's always fun to go to work.

What is your proudest moment as a Sobeys employee?

When my store was named store of the year. I was in my 20s, new to the newly renovated store, and I motivated the team to pull together, despite some skepticism. By the third period we started to think ?we can do this,? and it was rewarding to see them gain that confidence in their skills.

What advice would you give to a new Sobeys employee?

Let your manager know what your career aspirations are so they can support your development.
