The best part is getting to meet lots of different people. I get a lot of satisfaction from helping customers, and that makes the day go by really quickly

My proudest moment is anytime I put out a good product. We're here to serve our customers, and take pride in that.
What is your favourite memory from the past 25 years?
My favourite memory was being transferred back to my hometown.
