What do you remember most about your first day on the job?

I walked into an empty building and started to build a new store.

What is the best part of working at Sobeys?

The stability and the available opportunities. Also providing the best service anywhere. The key to great customer service is knowing what your customers expect of you and go above and beyond; we hear from customers every day that we provide the best service.

What is your proudest moment as a Sobeys employee?

Winning the Store of the Year Award this year for Lawtons. I’m proud of working for Sobeys for the last 30 years.

What advice would you give to a new Sobeys employee?

To stay at Sobeys because it is a great company and has so many opportunities to offer. They’ve treated me great for 30 years.
