What do you remember most about your first day on the job?
My first day on the job was for work experience at school, and they offered me a job.
What is the best part of working at Sobeys?
The customers. I've met a lot of good friends over the years.
What is your proudest moment as a Sobeys employee?
Helping the community, like when we threw a barbecue as a fundraiser for a family affected by a fire.
What is your favourite memory from the past 25 years?
The store team softball tournaments.
What advice would you give to a new Sobeys employee?
Respect the customers no matter what -make them happy.
Who do you most admire?
My first store manager, Calvin Ritchie. He worked very hard and I always worked hard like he did.
