What do you remember most about your first day on the job?
Cooking chicken until I looked like a chicken.
What is the best part of working at Sobeys?
I have made lifelong friends and watched what my staff over the years have become.
What is your proudest moment as a Sobeys employee?
My proudest moments are having been being offered the manager's position after a year and a half in the bakery. Also receiving a Sobeys Touch Award in 1995 and several Value Champions thereafter.
What advice would you give to a new Sobeys employee?
I would ask them to stay true to themselves, be hard workers and dedicated.
Who do you most admire?
I most admire my mother. She raised eight children and worked hard all of her life.
