When I left Lawtons, the staff threw a party and genuinely made me feel appreciated.

My favourite memories are just appreciating the joy of being able to help people on a daily basis.
What advice would you give to a new Sobeys employee?
Treat your co-workers and customers with care and respect and they will do the same to you.
