What do you remember most about your first day on the job?
I was so excited, I had wanted to work in a grocery store since I was a kid.

Working with my staff, setting goals and interacting with the customers.
What is your proudest moment as a Sobeys employee?
When I opened a brand new store as a grocery manager.
What is your favourite memory from the past 25 years?
When we were finally able to sell beer in the Ancaster, ON, Sobeys. We were the first to have a licence.
What advice would you give to a new Sobeys employee?
Stay real and be yourself.
Who do you most admire?
My mom.
