What do you remember most about your first day on the job?
As a truck driver, I am still able to be home every night with my family.
What is the best part of working at Sobeys?
Having my supervisors sup- port me when I wanted to further my training to get my Class 1 driver's licence and then to be able to drive the new trucks.
What is your proudest moment as a Sobeys employee?
Who in the world do you most admire? My dad Bill Coleman. He taught me to drive heavy equipment at age five on the family farm. I got my work ethic from him.
What is your favourite memory from the past 25 years?
Being a volunteer firefighter. Sobeys has always supported our fire department fundraisers.
What advice would you give to a new Sobeys employee?
Take any and all courses offered to you so you can advance in the company.
