What do you remember most about your first day on the job?

I remember how friendly the front- end manager was and how willing she was to help with my training.

What is the best part of working at Sobeys?

Working with all the different areas of the business: merchandising, marketing, and category management, I get a taste of everything.

What is your proudest moment as a Sobeys employee?

My proudest moment was the day I became a store manager.

What is your favourite memory from the past 25 years?

My favourite memory is the fun I had at the store level, especially around the holidays building the creative displays.

What advice would you give to a new Sobeys employee?

Be passionate and always look after the customer. Work hard, and there are lots of opportunities.
