What do you remember most about your first day on the job?

I was surprised at how welcoming the store team was; it was more like a family than a job.

What is the best part of working at Sobeys?

Doing what I love everyday: coaching staff, and helping customers.

What is your proudest moment as a Sobeys employee?

When team members reflect on how I have helped them develop personally and professionally.

What is your favourite memory from the past 25 years?

I met my wife in a store 24 years ago; she still works for Sobeys.

What advice would you give to a new Sobeys employee?

Treat every customer as a priority, they are the reason why we're here. If you are passionate about customer service and business, the sky is the limit for your career.
