What do you remember most about your first day on the job?

I remember how busy parcel pickup was and how heavy the red boxes were lifting onto the roller.

What is the best part of working at Sobeys?

I admire my wife Sharon. We have been together for 33 years and married for 28 years.

What is your proudest moment as a Sobeys employee?

I found a $100 bill on the floor taking the salad bar apart and I took it to the cash office. Eventually, an elderly lady came to claim it. She was very emotional, hugged and thanked me.

What is your favourite memory from the past 25 years?

Being in the Sobeys commercial and meeting a lot of great people.

What advice would you give to a new Sobeys employee?

Treat the customers and employees with respect and work hard. You will get a great career with Sobeys.
