What do you remember most about your first day on the job?

My grocery manager was a great mentor; everything he taught me helped me progress.

What is the best part of working at Sobeys?

Watching employees I have trained reach the next level, I've watched several move up and get promoted, I'm proud to have helped them like others have helped me. It's a two-way street.

What is your proudest moment as a Sobeys employee?

When I was accepted into the Manager in Training program, and then became an assistant manager.

What advice would you give to a new Sobeys employee?

To be successful, ask a lot of questions, pay attention, and be mindful of their expectations for you.
