What do you remember most about your first day on the job?

The store manager introduced me to everyone in the store; the camaraderie was great right from the start.

What is the best part of working at Sobeys?

The turning point was when I was a department manager in Bathurst, NB. I remember a feeling of security, and thinking ?I made it.?

What is your favourite memory from the past 25 years?

I have many favourite memories but they all come back to the great people I have worked with.

What advice would you give to a new Sobeys employee?

Work hard, put your hand up for opportunities, ask questions, and above all, allow yourself to risk failure; those are the roads that lead to growth, both personally and professionally.
