What do you remember most about your first day on the job?
My first day as a seafood clerk brings back two memories: The department manager, Burt White, came around often to make sure I was always busy. I also remember wondering how I was going to get the smell of fish off my clothes at the end of the shift!
What is your proudest moment as a Sobeys employee?
I have seen the company grow exponentially. Growing up in the Sobeys community gives me a great sense of pride and I am sure there will be more reasons to be proud over the next 25 years.
What advice would you give to a new Sobeys employee?
Don't be afraid to ask questions!
